Tony Coggins
Director

Tony has worked in the field of mental health and well-being for over 30 years in both the public and voluntary sectors. He spent twelve years as Head of Mental Health Promotion at The South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, where he designed, developed and delivered a wide range of well-being services and evidence-based approaches. Tony has since supported Public Health Departments in Australia, Qatar and the UK to successfully develop and deliver population mental health strategies. He is passionate about good mental health and has an interest in how systems can enable people to flourish.

Graham Rushbrooke
Associate

Graham has worked in health and social care settings for 30 years, both as a social worker and subsequently a public health specialist. He has a Masters in Child Protection and is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Public Health. Before founding RBE Associates in 2008 Graham was the Director of Health First, a specialist health promotion service for South East London. Graham also works in an advisory capacity for both the Royal Society of Public Health and NICE focussing on the potential of behaviour change interventions across all statutory provision. He has a strong personal commitment to challenging discrimination which lead him to founding the annual UK LGBT Health summit.

Anthea Cooke
Associate

Anthea has worked for over 30 years in the arena of health promotion and public health in and with the NHS, Local, Regional and National Government, Voluntary Sector, Academia and International collaborations. She is an independent practitioner and enjoys working in collaboration with a range of organisations and colleagues. She has a Masters in Health and Social Policy and is a trained Business and Personal Coach. Her main skills and experience are in health and mental well-being impact assessment, evaluation, training, facilitation and coaching, healthy policy development to reduce inequalities.

Jan has a BA (Hons) and has undertaken post-graduate studies in Inter-professional Health and Community Studies.  She is a certified trainer and has been verified as an Advanced WOW practitioner. She has worked for over 25 years in the fields of individual, team, organisational and community development and community education. Jan has a passion for learning and for sharing the knowledge that we all have the potential to enhance our happiness and wellbeing and to flourish in life.

Associate 

Steve has been coaching teams and individuals for over 20 years in both the public and private sectors. He enjoys holding space for learning and transformation and is interested in creating, developing and presenting experiential workshops that enable people to open up to their innate strengths. Steve has a particular interest in positive mental health in the workplace and how to embed knowledge to create cultures that support employees to thrive at work. Steve is also a Qigong and Martial arts enthusiast and has led workshops and classes all around Australia.
