Steve has been coaching teams and individuals for over 20 years in both the public and private sectors. He enjoys holding space for learning and transformation and is interested in creating, developing and presenting experiential workshops that enable people to open up to their innate strengths for overcoming their barriers to living fulfilling, happy lives. Whilst working with Centacare FNQ’s Leadership team Steve developed their Resilience Coaching model, a transformational Mental Health and Wellbeing program based on Recovery and Peer frameworks. During this time, he was also the project lead for the Queensland Mental Health Commission’s initiative creating regional Wellbeing hubs for FNQ. Steve has a particular interest in positive mental health in the workplace and how to embed knowledge that create cultures that support employees to thrive at work.
Steve is also a Qigong and Martial arts enthusiast and has led workshops and classes all around Australia, witnessing first hand the results, for all types of people, of sustained mindfulness meditation practise. He is a strong advocate of finding a few minutes to practising each day.
